QUALITY MANAGEMENT

The ultimate goal of our company is to fulfill our quality requirements safely. According to our understanding, quality encompasses not only our products, but also customer service and procedures to be followed by the deadline.

In addition to the latest techniques and many years of experience of our team, we rely on the following quality assurance methods and measures we have taken.
INCOMING FINANCIAL INSPECTION

In order to ensure a safe production, only products that meet the defined requirements enter the production process when the offer / order acceptance is submitted.
PRODUCTION TEST / INSPECTION

A plan with detailed test instructions is created for each production order with our quality management department. All the predicted tests are run, documented by the operators and IT supported measurement stations in the business departments are checked and processed by the shift managers.
OUTGOING GOODS INSPECTION

It guarantees that the products meet the appropriate shipping conditions during the shipping process.
TEST EQUIPMENT

It is calibrated and adjusted at a distance suitable for measurement with all test equipment (eg measuring instruments and programs) to eliminate possible sources of error in the preliminary stage.
EXPERIMENT REPORTS

If requested by the customer, mechanically produced products are tested by us and documented with a test report containing all the tolerated quality features.
